Are all the roses you have natural?

Yes, all our roses are real and natural. They are preserved using a special method and last for one to three years.

Why is there a price difference between different rose colors and rose box designs?

The real roses in our eternal rose collection undergo a long-term treatment to give them a long life. If colored roses are to be included in the bouquet, the long and expensive process of producing them will lead to different prices with the same box size or design.

How fresh are the roses and how long do they last?

Thanks to precise and efficient timing of production, we can promise that they will remain fresh for a long time. Our everlasting roses keep their petals for one to three years, thanks to a special treatment.

What is so special about your everlasting rose collection?

Natural roses are made long-lasting using an expensive process, which involves replacing the rose's liquid with a special solution when the rose has reached its peak appearance. A preserved rose does not differ in appearance or feel from an untreated one. The special feature of everlasting roses is the intensity of their colors and their longevity: they remain at their best for one to three years.

How many roses are there in a rose box?

The number of roses varies depending on the size and shape of the roses, as the number of roses must always fit the size of the individual rose box. However, we can always guarantee a number, within ± 4-5 roses, for each size of the rose box

Can the Thousand Roses arrangements be sent anonymously?

Yes, each rose box is sent anonymously, without a delivery note or invoice. Provided you do not mention yourself in the greeting card, the recipient will not know who is behind the surprise.

Questions about the durable/dried bouquets

Why should I avoid placing my bouquet in direct sunlight or near heat sources? Also, what steps can I take to prevent the flowers and leaves from falling off, helping the bouquet retain its freshness for as long as possible?

Since the flowers are freshly cut, a heat source present will accelerate the evaporation of the water in them. Direct sunlight can speed up the fading of the bouquet. When the bouquet is still fresh, it also reacts naturally to temperature and humidity differences. If there are open windows, the draft can help the leaves naturally detach from the bouquet. It is important to be aware that this phenomenon can also occur during delivery. Therefore, it is good to gently shake the bouquet and turn it upside down before placing it in the vase.

How do I clean the bouquet in the best way?

You can use a fan with cold air, an air spray or gently wipe the bouquet with a soft cloth.

Does the bouquet have a scent?

The bouquets have no added fragrance at all. They are completely natural and undergo a traditional process to preserve them for up to 8 months without the use of chemicals or common pesticides. Since the flowers are fresh, each bouquet will have a unique scent, which can vary from bouquet to bouquet. The scent gradually fades as the bouquet dries, like a normal bouquet where the scent is most intense at the beginning.

How can the flowers look nice for so long?? (They're not artificial, are they?)

The bouquets contain fresh flowers treated with biodegradable nectar. This nectar has a slower evaporation rate compared to regular water, which prolongs the freshness of the bouquet. It is important to point out that this is a 100% natural product!

How to cut and assemble the bouquet.

The bouquets are tied together with uncut bast thread to provide flexibility. The stems are intentionally left long so that they can be adjusted at home and fit into different types of vases. The choice of vase significantly affects the aesthetics of the bouquet. We recommend a vase with a wide base to give the stems enough room to spread. A vase with a narrower opening gives an impression of fullness and airiness.

How do I place an order?

1. Choose the shape, color, size and design of the box you want.

4. If you do not want to add more items to the cart, go to checkout and follow the instructions for ordering.

5. Now write a personal message for your free greeting card, or leave it blank if you prefer.

6. Next step you can enter delivery information.

7. Then select the desired payment method and specify the delivery date you want.

8. Finally, you confirm the purchase.

9. We take care of the rest and ensure that your rose box arrives fresh and on time on the date you requested.

What happens after I place an order?

A few minutes after we receive your order, an order confirmation will automatically go to the email address you have registered. If you don't see our email, please check your spam folder.

As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive an email confirming the delivery and specifying a Postnord/DHL tracking number and the invoice.

Can I have my order shipped to a different shipping address than the billing address?

Yes, when you place your order, simply indicate that the desired shipping address is different from the billing address, and we will ship the order to the shipping address while you receive the invoice.

Can I change my order after I have placed an order?

An order can be changed after the fact only in limited circumstances.

What happens in case of theft or accidental damage?

All our deliveries are insured against theft or accidental damage. Our delivery partners Postnord and DHL Express handle our rose arrangements carefully, so that your order reaches you in good condition. We also protect the roses inside the packaging to ensure they are not damaged. Insurance cover ends as soon as receipt is confirmed in writing.

What if I'm not satisfied?

What delivery methods are available?

To ensure a fast and safe delivery of our Tusen roros rose boxes, we only ship with our quality partners Postnord and DHL.

Can I track my package?

As soon as we ship your order, you will receive an automatic delivery confirmation. And on the same day, we will also notify you of your personal Postnord/DHL tracking number.

Can I choose a delivery date?

Yes, we deliver punctually on the delivery day you request. In this way. you can carefully plan when Postnord/DHL Express will deliver the rose box and make sure someone is present at the delivery address on that day to meet them. For that purpose, you simply select the desired delivery date in the calendar in the product store.

What days can I receive my Thousand Roses arrangement delivered?

We generally deliver every day, except Sundays and public holidays. The available delivery dates can be viewed and selected in the calendar in the shopping cart. Depending on the time of the order, we also offer next day delivery.

Saturday deliveries will initially cover Uppsala, Helsingborg, Lund, Trelleborg, Landskrona and selected areas in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö. In a next step, residents in several of Sweden's larger cities will receive the same service.

Can I choose what time to have my arrangement delivered home?

The recipient may choose the time for the delivery according to what applies to the recipient's location. An SMS is sent to the recipient's phone with delivery options.

What ways can you pay?

Our payment methods include credit cards (Master Card, Visa, American Express), Apple pay, Google pay, PayPal, Swish payment, Klarna buy now pay later, Klarna installments and Klarna pay now.

Will my payment data be secured and not transferred to third parties?

During the ordering process, your personal data will be transmitted over the internet in encrypted form using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). We secure our website and other systems, using technical and organizational measures, against loss, destruction, access, alteration or dissemination of your data by unauthorized parties. In the case of any refunds to you, your full credit card details will not be visible.
