1. Price

The prices include VAT at 25%. In the case of a confirmed order, the prices can only be changed due to circumstances beyond Tusen rosor AB's control, e.g. significantly changed raw material prices, currency changes or changed VAT. This can apply, for example, to furniture or very similar products that can be sent in envelopes. No other taxes or fees are added. The price for roses always refers to bare-rooted plants.

2. Buy

When ordering, a purchase agreement is only made when Tusen rosor AB has confirmed the order through an e-mailed order confirmation. The order confirmation is automatically generated by our database without manual review. In the event of any inaccuracies in e.g. indication of price, delivery time, etc., we reserve the right to correct this afterwards.

3. Delivery delay

If a delivery delay occurs, we will notify you of this by e-mail. You as a customer always have the right to cancel the purchase in case of delivery delays. We always do our best to fulfill your order. There may be occasions that make it impossible to complete the order, for example when our supplier cannot fulfill his commitment to us. Compensation is not paid in the event of a possible delivery delay.

4. Risks during transport

We bear the transport risk from our warehouse to you (ie damaged or lost goods). In order for the transport risk to be our responsibility, you must not remove the product from the packaging in case of possible damage. You bear the risk in case of any return to us.

5. Split order

Should any of the items you ordered have a significantly longer delivery time than the other items, we can in some cases split your order. As a customer, you never have to pay more than the agreed original shipping.

6. Payment

Card payment takes place in collaboration with Klarna. Klarna guarantees that the customer's card details can only be read by the payment and banking system - no one else! We comply with the Distance Shopping Act and when card payment is made, the purchase amount is reserved on your account. We accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express. No extra charges when paying by card. In case of invoice payment, the invoice is attached to the shipment and is paid within 14 days. When the purchase is made on credit, a credit report can be taken. The first time you choose invoice payment, the invoice must be paid in advance. An expedition fee of SEK 35 is added when paying the invoice.

7. Warranty

Warranty is provided in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act.

8. Right of withdrawal and open Purchase for 14 days

According to the Distance and Home Sales Act, you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after you have received the item and without any particular reason. This is provided that the product and product packaging are in unchanged condition, i.e. unused and not destroyed or damaged. You may not use the item but of course carefully examine it. Tusen rosor AB applies the Distance and Home Sales Act. You as a customer are responsible for the return shipping when invoking the right of withdrawal and open purchase for 14 days. ATTENTION! This does not apply when ordering roses as these are living material and cannot withstand being sent back and forth like other goods. It also requires special knowledge of how they should be packaged.

9. Complaint

According to the Consumer Purchase Act, you as a customer have the right to complain for 3 years after you have received the product. Tusen rosor AB applies the Consumer Purchase Act's complaint right. ATTENTION! It is important that you make a correct report. Visible error: Report directly to admin@tusenrosor.se. The packaging is saved for possible complaints to the post office for transport damage. Hidden error: reported to admin@tusenrosor.se within 3 days of receiving the item. We will replace a product that we consider to be wrongly shipped or damaged.

10. Confidentiality, security & personal data

When you place your order with us, you provide your personal information such as name, address and telephone number. In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your data in our business to fulfill our commitments to you. We also document all communications we have with you via e-mail, this in order to provide the service you expect from us. Tusen rosor AB will not disclose your personal data to third parties. If you want to receive our newsletter, we will send you information and product offers by email. This can be easily canceled via your customer account or by contacting us at Tusen rosor AB . According to the Personal Data Act, you have the right to receive the information that we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or removed. In that case, contact us via email: admin@tusenrosor.se.

11. Cookies

A cookie is a text file that is sent from a website, e.g. https://tusenrosor.se to your computer where it is stored either in memory (session cookies) or as a small text file (text-based cookies). Cookies are used to store login information as well as your shopping cart when you browse around us, etc. If your browser is set to not accept cookies, you will not be able to place an order on our site. You can easily change this under settings in your browser. Please note that we do not use cookies to save personal information about you.
